Parkinson can be reduced through natural remedies:
a) Parkinson is caused by a brain dopamine deficit
b) Brain dopamine is synthetised by tyrosine only, an essential amino- acid that originates only from diet
c) Gut’s inability to absorb appropriate amounts of tyrosine reduces brain dopamine availability
d) A disbiotic intestinal flora excessively decarboxylates tyrosine (see tyrosine dysbiosis).
e) Alpha lactalbumin reduces intestinal dysbiosis and thus it increases brain dopamine.
f) Alpha lactalbumin is the serum protein nature has prepared for us as gut prebiotics

What are the reasons?
a) Our modern life-style as well as our disordered eating makes it difficult to assimilate indispensable substances (4) for a well working of the whole body, from bowel to brain.
b) A ‘sad’ gut (5) cannot properly absorb the substances that are provided by diet only. Gut contains plenty of bacteria (6) performing various tasks.
